CALL CENTER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS NEEDED SUCCESSFUL HEALTH SERVICES FIRM DOWNTOWN

*Great Pay-- $14.90/hour!

*6 weeks PAID training provided.

THIS JOB OFFERS YOU THE CHANCE TO:

-Respond to enrollment services calls, respond to inquiries, direct callers to appropriate party

- Educate clients on managed care and assess clients health care needs and assist in choosing health plan.

- Assist clients in enrolling/disenrolling from plans and manage all documents/paperwork involved in enrollment/disenrollment processes

- Draft correspondence to clients and review enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy

- Perform managed care education and enrollment services when call volume warrants

- Mailroom functions and other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Effective communication skills (written & verbal)

- Ability to follow directions and multi-task

- Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a vast range of people

- Ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks

- 2 years of Human Services experience OR experience dealing with the public preferred

- FLUENCY in one of the following languages:

Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

Korean

Russian
